Our bar is open from 4 PM to 10:30 PM with live music and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Then, at 7:30 PM, indulge in our exclusive Dinner & Tasting Experience with a 4-course meal by Chef Motte of Motte’s Kitchen in Fort Worth:
• Whiskey Feast: Shrimp Salad Bites with a Bourbon pairing
• Second Course: Pan-Seared Tuna with Avocado, Mango Salsa & Lime Vinaigrette
• Main Course: Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Mint Chimichurri & Roasted Potatoes
• Dessert: Dark Chocolate Tart with Sea Salt & Caramel SauceEnjoy two signature cocktails per guest, plus a specialty cocktail menu and tasting room bar. After dinner, take a brief production tour and snap some pics in our Barrel Room before settling in for a nightcap.
